 Over the course of her career, Dr. Melissa Wilson has designed over 1,000 courses and hundreds of programs across corporate, nonprofit, and higher education settings. She founded L&D Strategic Solutions to give small and mid-sized companies access to strategic, practical L&D expertise—without the overhead of a full-time team.
